Maintenance Services

We provide one year warranty, 3 months guarantee replacement and lifelong maintenance.

During one year warranty, in case of artificial fault or natural disaster, we only charge for maintenance cost.

After expiration of the period, we only charge for maintenance cost, too.

In case you need to send the product back to repair, you should make an application first.

Safeguard Services

We are ready to answer any doubt any time, by phone or by e-mail, and we will send technicist for field service. In technology department of Futian regional office, we have 24-hour hotline answered by our specialists to assist customers technically.

Normative Services

1. Arrive on time once appointed with customer

2. Obtain permissions before dismantle and repair

3. Not to accept anything from our client personally during maintenance

4. After repair, ask the client to test the machine, and sign on the feedback paper with user’s opinions.
